Payment
Please finalise payment within 48 hours of purchase. I prefer payment by Direct Debit, but also accept Paypal.

If neither payment or contact has been made within working 7 days, unpaid items will be returned to stock.

Returns and Refund Policy
Please contact me within in 7 days in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned within 10 days, in their original packaging and condition – unworn and unwashed.


Faulty or damaged items - If your item is damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to supply a refund or store credit, or repair or replace the item, depending on fabric availability. Tigernaut Jeans have a 30 Day warranty (commencing 7 days after purchase) for workmanship faults.

Incorrect sizing – Please measure your child carefully and follow the size guides before purchasing. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are unsure about sizing. Postage costs in case of wrong size are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of mind - Unfortunately returns/refunds will not be accepted for a change of mind.



Postage
To ensure your parcel makes it to you safely, all items will be sent by Australia Post Satchels.
In most instances, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. I will inform you of any unexpected delays in postage.

Express and Registered Post I am more than happy to send your parcel by either Express or Registered Post. If you require either of these, please email me when you order, and I’ll let you know the additional cost.

International Shipping
I do ship overseas – please contact me for a quote.



Privacy
Your personal details will only ever be used for the purpose of shipping your order, and will never be transferred to a third party.
